The first part is one paragraph summary of the article. Make sure that you read the article, then write your summary in your own words. Do Not copy word for word. Copying word for word from the source means an instant “F”. This is called plagiarism and is illegal. Read it and summarize it in your own words. Keep the summary simple and as possible, but include all the important information like: Who? What? When? Where? Why? How? Write it in essay form in a paragraph. (5 points)
The second part will cover the impact of the article
1. What aspect of leadership does it cover?
1. What does the author say about leadership? What kind of audience is the author trying to reach.
2. Who is it going to affect? How is it going to affect a large population of the world and possibly you?
My article was about Ben Keis 's company and how he had trouble with his customers lacking integrity when they returned a product to that company. The products which they returned were all tattered and beat up compared to their original status which was never like that. Because his clients weren't honest with him and expected his company to get a full refund based on what he saw, he has now implemented a new policy which says that any product which need to be refunded has to be in a stable shape or the customer won't get all of their money back they paid for that product.
The part of leadership this covers is Integrity. The author says that some of his customers don't have any integrity and need to be more honest about returning their products in good condition. This is going to affect those who return products in bad shape and expect to get full refund even though the product is dinged up.
This makes it important about leadership because it talks about an important aspect about leadership, integrity, which means to be honest and follow correct code of values. I wish that everyone in the world would have integrity because i believe that there would be world peace. Crooks would turn themselves in, warlords or drug lords would get rif of their dirty acts of crime.

Do you really think it would change enough to where drug lords would turn themselves in? How is the author trying to teach others about integrity? Will it work?
