The song I analyzed was “Times They Are A-Changin' lyrics”. The artist is Bob Dylan. The genre would be classic rock. The time period when this song was realeased was in 1964 and it was also released after the U.S went in the Vietnam War. The issue which is being adressed would be the vietnam war where the U.S intervened in the early 1960’s, a period of time before Dylan wrote this song. The song artist’s point of view at that time would be an opposition towards the Vietnam War. “Come senators, congressmen Please heed the call Dont stand in the doorway Dont block up the hall For he that gets hurt Will be he who has stalled Theres a battle outside And it is ragin.Itll soon shake your windows And rattle your wallsFor the times they are a-changin.” This quotation satisfies my claim because at that time, civilians
